§ COLONEL COLTHURSTasked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, Whether he will call the attention of Boards of Guardians to the necessity of carrying out the orders for the erection or repair of labourers' cottages, under Clause 19, Land Act, 1881, seeing that only 250 out of a total of 518, have been put into operation up to the 30th June 1884?
§ MR. CAMPBELL-BANNERMANI think it would be very desirable that this matter should be pressed upon the attention of Boards of Guardians; and I will communicate with the Land Commission and the Local Government Board as to the best means of doing so.
