§ MR. CAMPBELL-BANNERMANThe hon. Member is aware that the subject of the proposed extension of the Municipal Boundaries of the City of Dublin is one presenting much difficulty, and that the Government have not hitherto been able to hold out any prospect of legislation in that direction. With regard to the second matter referred to, we have no intention of receding from the undertaking already given, and hope that a favourable opportunity may be found during the Session for the proposed measure.
