§ MR. DODSONsaid, the statements of the recent deputation were submitted to the Canadian Government, and their views asked thereupon. Obviously it was necessary to have the co-operation of the Canadian Government, the basis of the proposals being that animals from Wyoming should pass through Canada and be shipped from Canadian ports.
