§ MR. J. K. CROSSI informed the hon. Member last Tuesday that the India Office has no official information on this subject; and I cannot, therefore, give the assurance for which he asks. But I must remind him that Mr. Pritchard's complaints against Dr. Maclean have been laid before the Madras High Court.
