§ MR. T. P. O'CONNOR, with reference to the Return of Sittings of the House, asked the hon. Baronet, whether he would object to add to his Motion a few words which would enable the House to make a comparison between the hours during which the House of Commons sat and the hours during which other Legislatures sat?
§ SIR CHARLES FORSTERsaid, he did not think that would be possible.
§ SIR CHARLES W. DILKEsaid, the Returns now moved for were prepared by the officers of the House. The information desired by the hon. Member would have to be given in a separate Return, to obtain which an Address to the Crown must be moved.
