MR. J. G. HUBBARD

gave Notice that he would, on the first available opportunity on the introduction of the Inland Revenue Bill, move— That it is expedient that, at the earliest opportunity, the administration of the Income Tax should be amended conformably with the definition of annual value as legally determined by the House of Lords.
