THE MARQUESS OF HARTINGTON

said, he had just received some information upon the subject of the accident at Portsmouth; and from that it appeared that one man had his leg broken, and two others were reported to have been hurt. The accident was caused by a brick wall and some iron girders falling down. He had no other information beyond that.
