§ MR. COURTNEYI think I may say, in answer to the Question put by the hon. Member on behalf of the hon. 651 Member for Carlow, that the Vote for the Postal Telegraph Service cannot be taken for a considerable time yet, and it would be quite premature to say at what hour. We shall, however, endeavour to suit the convenience of hon. Members when the Votes come on; but we shall go through the ordinary Civil Service Votes first.
