SIR STAFFORD NORTHCOTE

The Representation of the People Bill stands for Thursday.

MR. GLADSTONE

Yes; but we propose to take it on Monday.

MR. GORST

May I ask whether the right hon. Gentleman can give us any information with regard to the second reading of the Merchant Shipping Bill?
