§ MR. MACFARLANEasked the Lord Advocate, If the Report of the Royal Commission upon the condition of the Crofters will be issued before the House rises; and, if not, if he can say positively when it will be issued, and what is the cause of the delay?

Gentleman must be well aware that the Rules in regard to the issue of official documents are very strict; and it is not the system under those Rules to issue them, until a printing order is obtained from this House, which could not be done until the Report was laid on the Table of the House. There will be no avoidable delay in throwing off the copies.
