STANHOPE)asked the Secretary of State for War, Whether his attention has been called to the Letter of the Judges of the High Court of Bengal, dated 15th December 1883, protesting against the language used by him in the House of Commons on the subject of their Minute on the Hbert Bill; and, whether he will, in justice to the Judges, urge the Secretary of State for India to lay it upon the Table of the House?
