§ LORD RANDOLPH CHURCHILLSir, taking into consideration the present condition of Public Business, it is not my intention to proceed with the Motion that stands in my name for Tuesday next with respect to the amendment of the Standing Order relating to the Parliamentary Oath; so that, so far as I am concerned, I shall be happy to place that Tuesday at the disposal of the Prime Minister.
