wished to give Notice that, on the Order of the Day for the Consideration of this Bill on that day week, he would move— That the Bill be re-committed to the former Committee; and that it be an Instruction to the Committee that guano and artificial manures be included in the same class as dung, compost, and all sorts of manures, and that the maximum rate of that class do not exceed one penny halfpenny per ton per mile. He thought that course would enable the House to come to a decision upon the matter.
