TREVELYANSir, the Local Government Board, who, I presume, have now obtained the answer for which they were waiting, have directed their Inspector to hold an inquiry as to the correctness of the course adopted by the Returning Officer in the case of Mr. Fleming, whom he refused to recognize as duly qualified to nominate a candidate at the late election.
