§ MR. WARTON (for Captain AYLMER)asked the President of the Board of Trade, If any change in the collection of the Light Dues is to be made; and, if so, whether he proposes to obtain Parliamentary sanction for the same?
§ MR. CHAMBERLAINThere has been no alteration in the collection of the Light Dues. There has been some alteration in the method of accounting for them; but that is a Departmental matter, and I do not think any legislation will be required to give effect to the change.
