Morien, Dundrum, county Dublin, before Chief Baron Palles, for blowing up a portion of his neighbour's premises with dynamite; whether a verdict for £100 was found against him; whether he settled the action by going through the Bankruptcy Court and has never paid the costs; and, whether he will continue this gentleman in the Commission of the Peace?
