HC Deb 03 May 1883 vol 278 c1718
VISCOUNT EMLYN

asked the Vice-President of the Council, if the Government propose to lay upon the Table of the House, before Whitsuntide, the promised Bill dealing with Intermediate Education in Wales?

MR. MUNDELLA

said that, owing to his enforced absence from the Privy Council Office for a month, the Bill dealing with this subject was not yet settled in all its details. He would, however, as soon as possible, lay the measure before the House.
