§ MR. COURTNEYSir, the Act of 1825, to which the hon. Member appears to refer, has been repealed. When the date of presentation was put at Lady Day, the year reported on ended at Christmas. Now the financial year is adopted, and the Report should be pre- 1741 sented within three months after its conclusion. Last year it was presented on June 22.
