§ LORD EDMOND FITZMAURICESir, the document referred to is in the archives of the Foreign Office, and attested copies have been distributed by Lord Dufferin as follows:—One in the archives of the British Agency at Cairo, one in those of Her Majesty's Embassy at Constantinople, and another handed over to the Egyptian Government. The text of the document will appear in the Papers now in course of preparation for Parliament.
