asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, When the Report of the Lunacy Commissioners, England, for the year ended 31st December 1882 will be laid upon the Table, and also the Report of the Scotch Commissioners for the same period?

This Report is in typo, and will soon be presented to the House.

asked whether under an Act of Parliament these Papers ought not to be laid on the Table within three weeks of the meeting of Parliament; and whether the right hon. and learned Gentleman had not previously promised, in reply to a Question of his own, that there should be no unnecessary delay?
