§ LORD EDMOND FITZMAURICESir, a Circular will be addressed by Lord Granville to the Foreign Representatives in London informing them that if at any time they should require additional Copies of Parliamentary Papers relating to trade and commerce for the use of their Consular Body in this country, they will be supplied to them gratuitously on receipt of an application addressed by the Foreign Minister to the Secretary of State.
