§ MR. SHAW LEFEVRESir, my hon. Friend is mistaken in speaking of these arrangements as proposals; they are complete, and have been approved by Her Majesty. I have communicated with the Treasury on the subject, and we have arranged to lay Papers on the Table which will contain a map, showing precisely the inclosed land which will be thrown open to the public.
