HC Deb 23 July 1883 vol 282 c250
SIR H. DRUMMOND WOLFF

asked, When this Bill was to be takenor what was to be done with it? It was constantly put down; but it seemed to be rather a begus Bill, and not very likely to come on this year. He wished to know whether the noble Marquess would move to discharge the Order?

THE MARQUESS OF HARTINGTON

said, he did not think he could move the discharge of the Order, although he admitted that the prospects of the Bill were not very hopeful.
