§ MR. EVELYN ASHLEYThe Protector of Immigrants has, I find, just arrived in England on leave, and the Collector General has recently retired. But the Attorney General will be now arriving in Jamaica; and the vacancies to which the hon. Member refers will be filled up as soon as possible, and that will be very shortly indeed.
