THE MARQUESS OF HARTNGTONsaid, owing to an inadvertence there was an error in the Votes in the description of this Bill. The Votes did not agree with the Notice he gave, and which was assented to by the House. In order that the Bill might be re-constituted, he would move that the Order be discharged, with the intention of introducing a fresh one.
