THE MARQUESS OF HARTINGTON,

in rising to move— That the other Orders of the Day he postponed until after the Order of the Day for resuming the Adjourned Debate on the Motion for an Address to Her Majesty, and further proceedings thereon, said, he wished to make an urgent appeal to hon. Members sitting on both sides of the House to endeavour to conclude the remaining stages of the Address that day, in order to enable the Business of Supply to be entered upon to-morrow. He trusted there might be a disposition to make arrangements that would, greatly facilitate the progress of Public Business.
