§ SIR STAFFORD NORTHCOTEMr. Speaker, I beg to give Notice, with reference to the Question which I put to the noble Marquess yesterday, as to giving a day for the discussion of my Motion for the appointment of a Committee with regard to the release of certain Members, that I intend to renew the Question on Monday next, if the Prime Minister is in the House, and to address it to the Prime Minister.
