HC Deb 20 February 1883 vol 276 c398
SIR JOHN R. MOWBRAY,

who had upon the Paper Notices for the nomination of the Select Committee on Standing Orders and the Committee of Selection, said, he had put the Notices on the Paper for the appointment of new Committees in the usual course. But he now found that several Notices of Amendment had been given; and as it was desirable that a little more time should be allowed, he proposed to defer the nomination of both of these Committees until Thursday next.

Nomination deferred accordingly.
