§ MR. TREVELYANThis is a Question regarding which I feel bound to ask for Notice. But I should be unwilling 316 to convey the idea to the hon. Member that that is owing to my own neglect, because I have never seen any Reports of persons dying of starvation or want about which I have not most carefully inquired; and hitherto I am satisfied that such has not been the case.
