§ COLONEL ALEXANDERasked the Prime Minister, Whether he would consent to refer to the Law Officers of the Crown the proceedings of the Court Martial on Gunner Fitzgerald, as well as of that on Commander Heron, it being necessary, for the proper elucidation of the case, that the proceedings of the two Courts Martial should be referred to the Law Officers?
