§ Resolved, That it is expedient to authorise the imposition of a Stamp Duty upon any vesting or other order, having the effect of a conveyance, release, or assurance of any real or personal estate, or whereby any interest, claim, or 1448 demand, in or to any property, shall be released, which may be made under any Act of the present Session for amending the Law as to Contempts of Court.
