§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUER (Mr. CHILDERS), in reply, said, he had stated yesterday that he intended to ask the House to go into Committee pro formâ on the National Debt Bill, with the view of introducing the Amendment he promised on Tuesday to introduce. That Amendment had reference to the term of what was called in debate the "rolling up" of certain Annuities. He did not know what statements the right hon. Gentleman referred to.
