§ MR. TREVELYANSir, the person referred to is a caretaker of some evicted farms. She is under police protection, and is frequently escorted by police on a transport car—she travelling on her own car. I am informed that on two urgent occasions when proceeding upon some public duty she was conveyed on the police car.
