§ SIR ARTHUR HAYTERYes, Sir; in reply to my right hon. Friend, I have to read the following telegram received at the War Office to-day from the General commanding in Egypt, which shows that the improvement is maintained:—
August 3.—General health good; continued improvement. Telegram from El Wahdan, cholera becoming less virulent. At first every case proved fatal; now many becoming convalescent.
