§ MR. DALRYMPLEasked if the Government seriously intended to take the Bill to-morrow? Scotch Members would like to have some information on the subject, as Committee of Supply was fixed for to-morrow.
§ LORD RICHARD GROSVENORexplained that, as accidents did sometimes 1294 happen, this Bill and other. Bills had been put on the Orders for to-morrow, to provide for the possibility of Supply not being taken; but if Supply was taken, then this Bill would not come on.
