§ MR. W. H. SMITHwanted to know whether this Bill contained the Order which related to the Strand District; because if it did he wished to ask the right hon. Gentleman the President of the Board of Trade to omit that district from the Order.
§ MR. JOHN HOLMSsaid, that the Strand District Order was contained in the next Bill.
