§ LORD EDMOND FITZMAURICEThe Secretary of State has been in communication with Sir Robert Morier as to the best means of raising a fund for the relatives of the sufferer in this unfortunate case; and, after full consideration, he has come to the conclusion that it would be best that the proposed subscription should be started in this country, and I shall be glad to communicate privately with my hon. Friend on the subject. We do not, however, feel justified in incurring the expense of printing the Correspondence relating to this much-to-be-regretted incident.
