§ Resolved, That it is expedient to authorise the payment, out of moneys to he provided by Parliament, of the Salaries of any Officials who may be appointed, and of Expenses which may be incurred under the provisions of any Act of the present Session to amend and consolidate the Law relating to Patents for Inventions, Trade Marks, and Registration of Designs.
