§ LORD EDMOND FITZMAURICESir, Her Majesty's Government have been in consultation with the other signatory Powers with a view to an early settlement of these questions, which are now being dealt with by the Ambassadors at Constantinople; but no agreement has yet been arrived at. The question will continue to engage the serious attention of Her Majesty's Government.
