THE MARQUESS OF HARTINGTONSir, as I cannot see that any public object would be gained by producing the documents officially, I cannot undertake to lay the Correspondence on the Table. Mr. Thomas has, no doubt, the Correspondence in his possession, and there can be no objection to his publishing it, if he thinks fit.
