LABOUCHEREasked the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Whether he can now state when the Estimate for the Expenses connected with the Coronation of the Czar will be presented to the House; whether it is intended to ask for an additional sum of money to that now set down in the Estimates for Her Majesty's Resident Ambassador at St. Petersburg; and, whether, if so, he will, in the Estimate which is to be presented to the House, distinguish between the amount asked for the Special Embassy on the occasion of the Coronation and that asked for Her Majesty's Resident Ambassador?
