THE LORD ADVOCATE (Mr. J. B. BALFOUR)The Fishery Board have under consideration the whole regulations regarding the branding of herrings; and in the event of their deeming it expedient to make any important alterations upon these regulations, the proposed changes will be made public before being adopted, so that persons interested in the fishery may have an opportunity of communicating their views to the Board.
