§ MR. SEXTONI wish to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, If he can say how soon the Return of applications under the Land Act, down to the end of the month, will be in the hands of Members?
§ MR. TREVELYANSir, the Return up to the end of September will be laid before the House almost immediately. As regards the Return up to the end of this month, I do not think it would be ready before the 5th or 6th of November; but I will see that it is laid on the Table as soon as possible, and with that view I shall communicate with the Irish Office.
