HC Deb 23 November 1882 vol 274 c1916
MR. SCHREIBER

asked the First Commissioner of Works, What steps he intends to take in the next Session of Parliament for completing the decoration of the Central Hall of the Houses?

MR. SHAW LEFEVRE,

in reply, said, it was very improbable that any steps would be taken in that direction. So far as he could understand he believed the existing arrangements were fairly satisfactory, and that the House did not desire any change to be made.

MR. SCHREIBER

gave Notice that early next Session, if the Rules of the House allowed, he would call attention to the continued exclusion of the three National Saints from their places in the Central Hall, and move a Resolution.
