MR. GOURLEY

gave Notice that when the Government moved the special grants to Sir Garnet Wolseley and Sir Beauchamp Seymour, he would call attention to the subjects of these grants.

MR. GLADSTONE

said, he had already stated that the Government had under consideration what should be done in regard to the Forces generally employed in the way of recognition of their services.
