MR. J. N. RICHARDSON

asked the First Lord of the Treasury, Whether he has received a letter from the Tenant Farmers' Association of Ulster signed by a representative from each county in that province, making certain representations respecting the administration of the Land Act of 1881; and, whether he has any objection to a Copy being laid upon the Table of the House?

MR. GLADSTONE

Yes, Sir; I have received such a letter, and I have no objection to a copy of it being laid upon the Table of the House.
