§ MR. SHAW LEFEVREThe use of bicycles and tricycles is forbidden by the Regulations laid down under the Parks Regulation Act in the Royal Parks. As it is very generally believed that they are a source of danger to riders and drivers, I have not thought it well to propose any change in the existing Regulations.
