§ LORD JOHN MANNERS
gave Notice that the right hon. Gentleman the Member for South-West Lancashire (Sir R. Assheton Cross) would propose to omit from the first Resolution relating to Standing Committees all the words after the word "That," in order to insert the following words:— It is not expedient to consider the subject of the proposed Resolution at this period of the Session.
