§ MR. SHAW LEFEVREIt is not the intention of the Government to make any proposal on this subject, as it is their opinion that it would more properly fall to the duty of the Metropolitan Board of Works. I have, however, communicated with that Board, and I believe they are now considering a scheme for widening the streets and improving the approaches to the Royal Courts of Justice.
