Malet's application that he should be released from prison in Egypt, he was sent on board the Egyptian steamer "Dakalieh," with papers falsely stating him to be an Ottoman subject bound for Smyrna; and, whether this was in accordance with the suggestion of Sir E. Malet, or any other English authority, as explained to M. Ninet by the Egyptian authorities?
